It not only promotes a sense of leadership but also instils a sense of responsibility.
There are three integral departments- Logistics, Delegate affairs and Hospitality.
The students are well-versed to head the departments and carry out the given tasks and are exposed and trained to think methodically and objectively, helping them with communication and negotiation skills, making them grow into capable and responsible global citizens. This is incredibly essential. Students who opt to join the organization teams are selected after rigorous rounds of interviews.

‘Each one of us can make a difference
Together we can make a change.’
The Juhu Parle Education Society has adopted a Village in Wada District called Kathgariwadi and the aim is to make this village self- sufficient and also provide the villagers with basic facilities as well as making them financially independent.
Our students play a vital role in this Sustainable development project. More than learning to be environmentally conscious, this involves gaining life skills including communication, empathy and Management all which are extremely important for personal development. One of the key benefits of it is that it opens students’ minds to different communities and experiences outside of their own. This in turn, breeds empathy in the classroom.
Empathy and curiosity are at the heart of global citizenship and give students an awareness of the wider world, and its values and identities. This helps the development of students into more well-rounded citizens of the world, and shows them the ways in which they can make a difference in the future.
Going outdoors and making a difference will help students to get a greater knowledge of challenges faced not only in their own lives but also in the lives of others all around the world.
                                                                                                  Goals of the project:
                                                                                                  1) Providing alternate sources of power supply to light up the homes of the villagers in line with the Litter project in the Philippines.
                                                                                                  2) Providing Solar Lanterns & chargeable lamps to 70-80 homes in the village.
                                                                                                  3) Educating the villagers, making them self-reliant through other sustainable development models.
                                                                                                  4) Developing Community Sensitivity in our students as well as educating them on the alternate sources of energy.

                                                                                                  3. ROTARACT CLUB

The main purpose of this club was to serve the community through various projects, fundraisers and charitable work. The club focus is on the development of young adults as leaders in their communities and workplaces. The selection of the Rotaract team is a rigorous one where students are interviewed and screened for qualities like empathy, willingness to serve and people skills. Depending on their area of interest and their ability to contribute to that area, they are assigned different tasks and do their best to serve society in whatever way they can.

From travel to tech, poetry to politics, it covers a wide spectrum of themes that would lure in any reader for hours at a stretch. Targeting a new theme every month, all aspects of content creation—deciding a concept, writing, editing, publishing and even promoting— is handled entirely by the team of the bright student heads, handpicked by our very own English department. The blog not only challenges the creativity and imagination of the writers, but inculcates critical thinking and encourages them to find a different, new perspective.

Being the first and only Mathematics club at PPSIJC, it not only caters to the inquisitive discussions but also aims to open the magical gates of numbers and patterns to non- Math students. This club has two major platforms: Mathemania and regular blog uploads. Mathemania gives an opportunity to students to extensively research on a topic of their choice and present their month’s findings. It also focuses on encouraging the live audience to join these events, stepping out of the realms of the college textbooks. Along with the monthly presentations, the club also maintains a blog that’s constantly evolving and updating itself with the stellar content that’s sent in regularly by the students that can make their ideas sound riveting on paper.

They are very beautifully interwoven into an efficient system, each complimenting the other. Thus, it may suffice to say that life cannot exist without any one of the sciences. There's room for each of them to grow further and BaZnGa aims to cultivate this through a myriad of hands-on activities and events.

With a whopping number of 60 members, the club has delved into the academic aspect of the subjects through initiatives like weekly learning sessions and research projects. The Humanities club also attempts to transcend the classroom through events like an introduction into graphology, reviving Panagea (an interactive session where students from across the globe discussed various cultures and social issues), a virtual book exchange and a talent trail of poetry and art as a means of stress busting.
