AS Level Admission Procedure
A Level (2021-2023)
At Prabhavati Padamshi Soni International Junior College (PPSIJC), it is our endeavor to offer holistic and all-round development for the students. We follow the modular approach- AS and A2, and in 2 years at our A Level, our students exhibit tremendous academic growth and an increased sense of responsibility, two essential qualities we want them to imbibe as they leave PPSIJC for life beyond.
Admission is given only at AS Level and admission forms will be available online. The window opens on 01.10.2020 and will be deactivated on 30.11.2020.
ELIGIBILITY:
Students appearing in Cl.10 (IGCSE preferred)
SOME IMPORTANT POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND WHILE APPLYING:
- The Management reserves the right to grant admission and to make necessary alterations in the process of admission depending on the circumstances.
- Admission to this institute is not on a “First Come First Serve” basis.
- Process of granting admissions will commence for A Level from December, 2020.
- It is not possible to contact every applicant for a response. Hence only cases considered for admission will be intimated via sms / email. Parents are to therefore ensure that the contact details provided are correct.
- If admission is not availed within 7 days after intimation, the admission will automatically stand cancelled.
- The admission fee is not refundable and other details can be found in the fees section.
- Submission of applications does not guarantee admissions.
- Admissions are not granted against DONATIONS/DEPOSITS.
- WE DO NOT HAVE ANY AGENTS WORKING ON OUR BEHALF.
ADMISSION TO ACADEMIC YEAR 2021 – 2023
Our objective is to make the online admission process as smooth as possible.
Instructions to fill the online admission form:
- Parents, on visiting the school website, will be directed to the ERP, Skolaro. All mandatory fields must be filled which will enable creating the login ID which should be the parent’s email ID. Clicking on ‘Save’ will save the details for future reference.
- Fill the student’s name, surname, date of birth and class to which admission is sought. These details once entered cannot be changed, so please fill in the details carefully. There will also be a section to enter the Parents’ information, the student’s medical history and siblings, if any. The tabs will turn green once the details are filled and the information is saved.
- Please keep the following documents ready in separate PDF or JPG format (Maximum 3mb file is allowed. Recommended size is around 300 pixels height or width)
1. Birth certificate of the student.
2. Residence proof of the student (eg. Passport/Aadhar card or any other documentary evidence)
3. Latest Photo of father, mother and student.
4. Student’s marksheets of Class 9 and all available marksheets of Class 10. (Latest marksheet if not available when submitting the form, should be emailed at the earliest to info@ppsijc.org clearly mentioning student’s name and form number in the subject line)
5. Final / latest qualification of both the parents.
6. Original Leaving Certificate and original Migration/Transfer Certificate along with attested copies of marksheet and passing certificate for Class 10 to be submitted within 15 days of commencement of classes.
The admission remains Provisional till submission of these documents.
PLEASE REVIEW THE FORM BEFORE SUBMISSION. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER SUBMISSION.
After submission of the form, the parent will be directed to the payment gateway for paying the form charges.
